What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on approach that views the body as a connected whole, recognizing the relationship between its structure and function.
Rather than focusing only on where you feel discomfort, osteopathic care considers how different areas of the body may be contributing to changes in movement, tension, and function.
By identifying areas of restriction and compensation, treatment is tailored to the individual to support mobility and the body’s natural ability to heal and function well.
