06
Osteopathic treatment is an individualized process. Some people may notice changes after their first visit, while others may benefit from a series of treatments as their body responds and adapts. Following your initial assessment, a personalized treatment plan is created based on your needs, goals, and response to treatment. Frequency of care may range from weekly to monthly or as needed, and your plan is adjusted as you progress.
07
Everyone responds to treatment differently. Some people may experience temporary tenderness or soreness following treatment, while others may notice changes in how they move or feel without any soreness. Recommendations for movement and recovery may be provided based on your individual needs.
